So fresh and yummy! This business is older than me and I can see why! Their food is never disappointing. Best teriyaki in the San Fernando Valley. Love supporting this business. Service was good and fast. Took it to go because we had a lot of people and the place is a little small. The food is sure worth it! Oh and I can't forget the best and most tender short ribs I have ever tasted in my life

Amazing place and service! Ive been coming here since I was literally a baby. Also got the beef or the chicken teriyaki. There is a bit too much bean sprout compared to the meat.... BUT i like to have it thinking it is healthy for me. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMING HERE!! Ambience is a fast causal so don't expect to eat at the location!

Went to the Forneris Farms pumpkin experience and my sons were hungry. Yelp led us to some fantastic Teriyaki in Granada Hills. At first glance it didn't look like much but once inside the cooking food smells told us to order anything and sit down. It's a small, mostly a take out place, but has 3 tables for 4 inside. The home made hot & sweet sauce was on point as was their teriyaki. My boys went with the Katsu chicken. It was crispy, light and tender. Served over white rice, green salad and super crunchy tempura fries. It was excellent. My beef Bulgogi was perfectly cooked and their special hot sauce took it to perfection. I scanned the entire menu and 12 out of 16 items I'd try next time. Their combo plate of teriyaki beef, chicken and shrimp looked awesome too. We contemplated ordering more before our food was ready but as it arrived fresh out of the kitchen we knew it was enough! Each order was more than plenty and we went home stuffed. As I've often shared with my affluenza affected sons, let the quality of food be your guide and leave your worries behind, especially at Teriyakiya! The treat of the place is their super crispy, light and tasty Tempura fries! I'm full and I want more now that I'm home in Santa Monica.

I absolutely love this local business! The owner is so kind, and I always see him working and helping out his employees. I will always support this restaurant and continuously go here. Today I tried something new, and got number 13. The chicken yaki soba, which comes with rice and some fried tempura. It's delicious, flavorful, and the consistency with their food is always at a high standard. There's a couple of seats that you can sit down and enjoy your meal, parking isn't too bad either. The vibe and ambiance of the restaurant is nice and mellow. Once again, I absolutely love this restaurant and will always support this local business.

Teriyakiya has been a cherished gem in Granada Hills since its grand opening in 2002. My brother and I were fortunate to be there on that memorable day, and I have been a loyal customer ever since. This family-owned business has become a cornerstone of the gastronomy scene in the north valley, consistently delivering top-notch cuisine and warm, friendly service. One of the standout features of Teriyakiya is their incredible short ribs. They are always perfectly cooked, tender, and bursting with flavor. The tempura is another highlight, with a light, crispy batter that complements the fresh ingredients inside. And let's not forget their sauces - each one is a masterpiece in its own right, enhancing the dishes with a perfect balance of sweetness, tanginess, and umami. The white sauce at Teriyakiya is nothing short of legendary (IYKYK). This secret recipe adds an extra layer of deliciousness that keeps regulars coming back for more. If you haven't tried it yet, you're missing out on one of the best-kept culinary secrets in the area. Despite its modest "hole in the wall" appearance, Teriyakiya offers a dining experience that rivals any upscale restaurant. The menu provides a wide variety of options, ensuring there's something for everyone. Whether you're in the mood for a hearty meal or a light snack, you'll find it here. The quality and consistency of the food have remained impeccable over the years, a testament to the dedication and passion of the family running this establishment. I highly recommend Teriyakiya to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience in Granada Hills.
